TOC for Education School Certification

General Objective: The school exhibits a win-win culture as indicated by a viable TOCfE program that is actively using the TOCfE tools in a way that upholds the TOC for Education moral code and mission.

Specific Requirements:  TOC for Education, Inc. has established the following credentialing criteria to verify compliance with TOCfE school certification requirements. Certification may be satisfied either by direct observation by a member of the school certification team or by submission of required documents to TOC for Education, Inc that verify the following criteria:

• More than 50% of school faculty and staff have received TOC training (level 1 or above) and are actively implementing TOC at the school

• There is an on-site TOCfE trained facilitator (level 2 or above)

• School is on a TOCfE process of ongoing improvement (such as: peer coaching conducted by on-site TOCfE certified facilitator; facilitator participation in upgrade training, national symposiums or international conferences; or submission of documented case studies)

Qualification: Upon completion of the above criteria, school will be designated as a TOCfE school and provided with a certificate as evidence of current qualification. Certification is for 2 years and will be renewed by direct observation at the school by a member of the school certification team or by submission of required documentation to the applicable TOCfE director for the region in which the school is located.
